Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management should appreciate the hard work done by their employees and provide sufficient compensation.
- Management could benefit from taking suggestions from employees regarding certain procedures
What I like about the company
I loved the teamwork aspect to the job. Every employee worked hard to keep up with the high demands of the job. It was always a joint effort.
What I dislike about the company
Employees getting paid late became an issue.
