Suggestions for improvement
- Clean out upper and midlevel managers. None of them have the training to be good managers.
I like about the employer
Fellow employees are about the only thing to like about DNOW.
I dislike about the employer
The employee is always wrong. The HR department does not back the employee. They should be called inhuman resources. DNOW practices age discrimination. If you are over 60 you will be harassed until you leave the company or your job will be discontinued and you are out the door.
