The expected work week is 55-60 hours for salary employees as a base. Employees work all hours of the night.
This company looks great from a distance but unless you come in high you won't get promoted or compensated financially. Negotiate at least 10k more than they are offering. Their beliefs revolve around highering new people at rather than promoting valuable people from within. Promotions are on a 2-3 year basis and financial compensation isn't considered for those that do get promoted or switch job tracks. Vacation and benefits were a perk but now those have been cut in half.
