No commendation to employees, no positive reinforcement only negative comments and more work
Support from management
Management is lost and abusive, no involvement in the decision making process, minimum communication from management on situation directly affecting employees such as salaries.
Since acquisition of GL team work is not longer there, there's mistrust from management, no team work at all.
Freedom to work independently
Everybody is overworked, working weekends and holidays. Profitable jobs are assigned to the "friends" of management, if you say no to a project employee is marked as a problem, the ability for employees to take decision is not allowed by an oppressive management.
Communication exist on overall company profit, but decisions that directly affect the employees such as salaries, are taking without informing the employees.
No, women mostly are secretaries.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Long serving employees are not treated with respect or apreciated
Overall compensation for your work
Responsibilities and workload do not match salaries, considering that work occur 7 days a week
Office / Work Environment
No up to date spaces given to employees to have lunch or relax during breaks.
Company boast being socially responsible and sustainable, but when it come to the real world is neither or.
No family life, working all the time.
Company is shorthand , and still position are being eliminated on financial basis, no job stability.
Due to long hours of work sometimes safety is the last of the worries.
Since good work is never recognized, no sense of accomplishment or being proud of working for the company.

There are several nationalities working however, favoritism from management to certain management dominant nationalities is common in promotions and profitable job assignments.
