Big difference between salary and hourly.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat hourly people with more respect and treat them the same as salary. Hire people when needed and look at distribution of responsibilities. Quit saying "I'll take care of it/I'll do that" when you have no intentions of doing so.
What I like about the company
Team Members will always pitch in if they can.
What I dislike about the company
To many differences between hourly and salary. Salary staff says they have open door police but they only listen, they don't follow thru or even remember you commented or made a suggestion. They only listen to salary personnel.
