Undefined targets can not be unrealistic, but they can be unattainable.
Completely incompetent middle management. No direction whatsoever. Machiavellian.... contradictory....mixed messages, intimidation, games.....unethical....
Team members fearful and discouraged. Politically distraught.
Level of Autonomy
No autonomy. Report to everyone, scrum master, to product manager, to team lead to departmental manager. Ever wonder who's in charge? Certainly not I.
