Only negative support. No positive feedback.
Freedom to work independently
Upper management are micro managers because they do not know how to do their jobs and have no leadership.
There is little and the little there is they always lie.
Office / Work Environment
Very poor. They don't care about operations only sales team.
None. Everyone is negative.
No existing. Fire system doesn't work. Ammonia system is very poor. The building is poorly upkept and they will not spend the right money to fix anything.
