People are always trying to leave after the reality sinks in.
Support from management
DM was too overwhelmed to help much. Their hands were tied anyway.
When your average turnover rate is 86% there is no teamwork.
Freedom to work independently
You could go weeks without seeing the DM. You try and make decisions, but then the DM shows and overrides all you have done.
Office / Work Environment
Unsafe on all levels. I tried to get a roll down door for months but instead had to come in at all hours of the night 12 times, to secure the store all night, then work my normal shift. Then I had to pay a police officer out of the register (aka, my potential bonus). The $ for the door was allocated then rescinded. Then LP just paid for it.
