Suggestions for improvement
- DO NOT TAKE A STORE MANAGEMENT POSITION!!!!!! The training is a joke. 1. You get maybe 10 hours to learn all that you have to do on the computer like scheduling, how to hire and fire, how to interview, how to order store supplies and frozen order, which Manager does which job, all of their duties, how to make your hours and payroll come out together, whom to correspond with about things or situations on premises, and the rest is 130 hours of throwing the freight for the training store....YOU NOT TAUGHT POLICY! YOUR NOT TAUGHT ALOT OF THINGS ABOUT HOW THE COMPANY THINKS YOU SGOULD DO THINGS!!!!
