Suggestions for improvement
- Corporate needs to pay more attention to the needs of all the staff,not just upper management. The unprofessionalism needs to be addressed,a lot is hidden from the corporate officials and management fights all the time.
What I like about the company
Seeing immediate results from work well done
What I dislike about the company
Only the top two store positions matter to corporate. The store manager and Asst. Full time store manager get any benefits,bonuses,insurance,guaranteed hours,anything. Management never agrees on anything and there is no structure or support in this store
