What I like about the company

If you work at the head office they have a lot of functions and a beautiful building in a great central location.

What I dislike about the company

Some divisions offer more incentives for field staff, such as telecommuting, but for any admin or finance roles the only telecommuting is the expectation that once you leave for the evening you'll work from home too. Former management placed a higher emphasis on employee satisfaction, current management says they do but don't back it up with actions. For advancement it isn't what you know, it's who you know and who you go drinking with or play golf with. Women are, for the most part, considered 2nd class citizens, except for the few that have broken into upper management, but even they have to work 2ce as hard as men, with no work/life balance. Benefits are getting more expensive by the year, with less coverage.
