We had to work mandatory overtime. I worked it for almost one year straight! Our breaks were often cancelled and lunches were about 3 hours before the end of our shift!
Suggestions for improvement
- Don't cancel breaks no matter how high the call volume is since it is un-reasonable to have your employees on the phone for 6 hours straight and expect them to be upbeat.
What I like about the company
Upper management was very nice.
