At middle management and lower the culture is pretty good. However from the upper management it is barely functioning.
Support from Management
Very poor leadership from upper management.
For the most part everyone works well together.
Level of Autonomy
The doers get more and more piled on them and the speakers get less responsibility instead of proper discipline.
Employees are expected to put in a lot of hours. Especially the salary employees.
