Most people just show up for a paycheck. Many lose interest after their first altercation with management.
Support from management
There are few leaders in this company, and some don't have the time for you.
Most people will work with you, and most important teach you. However, it seems like management would rather not have that, and just stick to the ill-defined goal.
Freedom to work independently
You will do a lot by yourself. Including learning all by yourself.
Most people are good with this skill, but most just assume you know what you are doing, and worst, that you know what they want and mean.
Good for a few years. No growth after that. If you get a better position, you keep performing your past job duties.
Overall compensation for your work
No bonus for most employees. Not because they don't earn them.. there are no bonuses for most people!
Office / Work Environment
The only issues are with machines, breaking down constantly.
There is no program whatsoever for recycling. Nobody cares if the scrap metal bins are trash cans.
Vacation time is limited (you need to work there for 3 years to get 10 days). Salary employees are expected to be there a minimum of 45 hours a week, plus some weekends, and definitely unpaid overtime. Hourly people work 8 hours when business is good, but it may drop if not. Frowned upon if you need to take some time for personal issues.
Worst in the county
Stick around if you can tolerate it. You really need to mess up to get kicked out.
Most processes need to go through management, and usually are not taken as important, or changed completely.
Inclusive / Diverse
What I tell you to do is what it is.
