Unrealistic goals. Poor reward system. No advancement incentives. Lower level employees do all of the leg work so that a select few can give themselves huge salaries for doing little.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat contributors with more respect and provide incentives and commemoration when deserved. Change payroll system where 1% of contributors receive 99% of company's salaries, and 99% of contributors receive 1% of allotted salary.
