Support from management
Unrealistic goals. Poor reward system. No advancement incentives. Lower level employees do all of the leg work so that a select few can give themselves huge salaries for doing little.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat contributors with more respect and provide incentives and commemoration when deserved. Change payroll system where 1% of contributors receive 99% of company's salaries, and 99% of contributors receive 1% of allotted salary.
What I like about the company
My fellow employees were the only thing that kept me around. Great communication and teamwork.
What I dislike about the company
Little opportunity for advancement, even with a degree. Poor reward system. Little positive reinforcement from management. The work load continues to pile up, with no monetary incentives. Very very small yearly raises. Higher up management salaries grow, while sales employees who do all leg work get very little incentive or recognition. Office closure with little notice and poor severance package.
