- Appreciate employees. Improve ethics with regard to salary offer and overtime pay. Fix revolving door problem.

Cronyism, not honest with salary, you are forced to take full hour lunch which changes the salary and you learn that you are paid hourly. If you do overtime work you will not get paid for it and it will not be approved. Year end bonus is $50 or $100 only. Constant complaining by superiors. No training system. Not a congenial environment. New employees do not stay for long..
