Zero culture throughout hotel
Support from Management
Leadership was not helpful management or line level employees. They did not have your back when trying to make improvements within the hotel.
Team work is not something that existed when I was employed there, throughout any department.
Level of Autonomy
Work load in the hotel business often fluxates, which is just another part of the business. However here you are not given the tools to do your job and if something is requested for your department, deemed necessary, you must fight to get it!
