I like about the employer
The beginning of my employment there was great. Competitive pay, benefits, ability to flex hours.
I dislike about the employer
Not much thought went into how a change of direct reports would affect an employees job, duties and security. I personally was shuffled midway through my employment due to my supervisor taking on a new role. This person I was required to start reporting to was located at a different office. I went from having a flexible schedule and perks to feeling like I'd just started and with no explanation. After 3 years I was let go, there were no warnings given and coworkers went on to tell me that there were false statements made regarding my reason for termination after I was no longer employed. I was accused of sharing confidential information with coworkers which is false. I was never given a reason for termination. I would assume, had it been honestly suspected that I was sharing confidential information, that would have been my "reason for termination" but when I asked why I was being let go, I was told "We could talk about it some other time." I also was not denied unemployment benefits which goes to show the integrity of the employees they had in charge of their HR Dept at the time. Their reputation among clients and competitors was very poor due to lack of funds to pay vendors, etc. they later went on and closed the OKC location.
