Suggestions for improvement
It's unfortunate, but there is NO leadership in this organization. There are constant layoffs, or as Management calls it, a "re-organization". Hiring freeze for the last 5 years. In fact the institution has actually decreased all employees salaries by 5% AND plan on cutting salaries again in May by another 10-25%. No promotions or increases and lots of nepotism. In fact a friend of The Board of Trustees was hired to run a department after they let all of that department go recently.
Cculture does not exist. Due to the constant change in Administration
There is an extreme lack of leadership in this institution. Unfortunately, there is a constant turnover rate with the Administration. There have been 6 Presidents in the last 7 years. It's a very hostile place to work.
The politics are horrible. There is no teamwork
There is no room for advancement and raises do not exist.
