I expressed concerns for my tripled work load. Management increases the work load to the point that you stop taking pride in your work performance. Therefore, my work became triaged and below par. Rather than provide seasoned support, which led to my termination.
Teamwork; I know how much I am a natural born leader. I have patience to work and develop others, especially SELF. Thank you i've been blessed internally with this aspect of growth.
