Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your employees like an asset with value. Terminate people that don't do their job. Treat the subcontractors like they are the reason you are in business, because they are. Eliminate back stabbing behavior and grow as a team.
What I like about the company
I liked the work and ideals. I established good connections with people in and around the firm
What I dislike about the company
The quantity of work assigned was not feasible to perform in a 40 work week. They felt that without guidance, anyone should be able to perform the tasks of those in a lower pay grade. I was treated poorly and insulted regularly by my immediate supervisor.
