Suggestions for improvement
- Get some management training!! Just because it's a small business doesn't mean Executives family should be running half the business. Mostly just attempt to provide leadership skills for those in management.
- Pay better. Improve benefits. Hire from within the industry so you don't need to provide training or direction.
What I like about the company
Paid good and they had some really great hard working people in the functional areas like accounting, maintenance, transportation, and those working on the front lines.
What I dislike about the company
Lacked ability to provide guidance, direction, or training. Managers were not around very often.
