Suggestions for improvement
- EEOC, yearly pay increases, follow there own crew and duty CAA regulations, legally maintain the aircraft per FAA and ICAO maintain economic regulations. All position pay rate levels far below industry standards by about 70%. Stop the daily discremination against expat's.
