Just no. Not at all.
Support from management
leadership is poor at best. situations of conflict between employees have been neglected. significant changes are made without consulting employees.
Certain people work very well together; I am fortunate to be a part of a productive team.
Freedom to work independently
Most of the employees are overloaded with work because restructuring has left many tasks unattended to. Certain employees arent expected to pick up the slack at all.
Gender doesn't seem to be an issue. Maternity leave is unpaid.
The company offers no support for career development.
Overall compensation for your work
The distribution of work is unfair and the compensation scale is unbalanced. Certain employees are paid above the norm while others have taken a great loss.
Office / Work Environment
The office space is in desperate need of some maintenance or at least a good cleaning: chipped paint, stained carpet, torn seats
Employees with PTO balance at the end of the year have left the skeleton staff obligated to cover their shifts and workload.
Patients have noticed the decline of service and are complaining constantly.
It's not a dangerous environment, but nothing is done above the bare minimum in terms of OSHA workplace standards. We aren't kept informed of violations or trained for improvement.
I've completed 2 certifications this year which I am very proud of. The company had no influence in my accomplishments.
What I like about the company
My colleagues are good, hard working people. We've developed strong personal relationships as well.
What I dislike about the company
Recent changes were drastic and painful. I feel I am treated very unfairly.
