leadership is poor at best. situations of conflict between employees have been neglected. significant changes are made without consulting employees.
Certain people work very well together; I am fortunate to be a part of a productive team.
Freedom to work independently
Most of the employees are overloaded with work because restructuring has left many tasks unattended to. Certain employees arent expected to pick up the slack at all.
