Lack of orginization and schedule conflicts. I reschedule of patients resulting in poor patient service.
Yes. With the correct tools provided to accomplish tasks anything is possible .
Suggestions for improvement
- Less patients per day to focus on quality care and quantity of what cam be seen in one day. Better work day hours. With a given end of day time.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Very hectic unoriginized office and patient schedule. No regard to employee lunch time. Working 12 hour days with only lunch no breaks. Caotic. No paid vacation time...benefits or pay raises
Expects more but doesn't pay proportional to what is expected for Job performance. ..multitasking taken to the extreme.
