Commending employees happened maybe twice in two years. There was unfair and impartial treatment unless you were one of the bosses friends.
Support from Management
Supervisors gave no support to the staff. Plant manager was vulgar and rude to sales staff.
we were expected to hit individual goals and when the rest of the team did not get the work done we were expected to sell more to compensate for others lack of work.
