Full of cliques and people that are lazy and management doesn't care.

Suggestions for improvement
- They need a management team that actually does the job they were hired for and not to hold the staff back, and do the things they tell you they do in orientation.
What I like about the company
It was fairly close to my residence, no late hours. Pay was good.
What I dislike about the company
the Management needs to hold the right people accountable for the actions they do or don't do.
