Suggestions for improvement
- Nothing the company should go out of business
Management cannot be trusted. No loyalty towards American employees. Very bias to Spaniards.
Everything is on a need to know basis. Spaniard Senior management is very selective to whom they they communicate with. Most Spaniards are transplants from Foreign projects and do not speak English.
Definitely do not like women employees. Employ women to do more than their of work.
Most discussions are in Spanish. Americans on a need-to-know basis.
Organization is very vertical. Most decisions come from Spain and take forever.
You are hired for the task at hand. There is no development.
You can expect 12 plus hours a day.
If you are an American, once the job is complete, you are just let go. If you are a Spaniard, you are relocated to keep you working in this country.
