Suggestions for improvement
- Be more open about hiring processes of open positions. Allow work from home for everyone if management gets to do it (seemingly) whenever they want. Do periodic reviews to balance caseloads more frequently
What I like about the company
Management lets you work independently and make your own decisions which they support you on
What I dislike about the company
There isn't always a lot of communication and morale can get low. Pay raises would help a lot but there's always talks about budget issues which scare people. Department is kept in the dark about a lot of things.
