Small town attitude. Lots of nepotism and knowing everyone's business
Support from management
Manager is unskilled at managing. Highly skilled technical person who was placed into management position but is not suited to the job
Feels good at first but there is a lot of issues that have been repressed for a long time
Freedom to work independently
The work is extremely methodical and does not allow for autonomy
Communication is not well implemented and each department looks out for itself too much
Overall compensation for your work
Long probation period at first. Raises are not considered on a yearly basis
Office / Work Environment
Very nice facility. Comfortable.
Very high turnover I had the impression that costs were kept down by hiring newbies at lower compensation.
Inclusive / Diverse
Very little representation of African Americans and/or physically challenged people

- New blood in management structure is desperately needed.
