I did not see any appreciation for any of the employees. They are all about their budget.
Support from Management
You can state if you have a complaint, but there will be little to no action taken to help the employee.
In my position it was your responsibility to get your work done no matter how bad your workload is.
Bad communication from corporate to the dealerships.
