Suggestions for improvement
- They need to re-commit to business ethics especially in the hiring details...no more tall tails of how it will be to work there. They should invest more in their key, hard-to-replace people of which I was one. It was bait and switch with me. I left a good job for that management nightmare.
I like about the employer
They make great technical products with a lot of room for ideas and innovation.
I dislike about the employer
The management only pretended to listen to key employees' ideas for improvement. I was mislead in my hiring from the first day. Nothing was done to remedy the complete "misunderstanding" or the lies that I was told. The only process improvement ideas that were listened to or given the "green light" on were ones that involved me putting in more hours. Nothing was ever approved that might affect the almighty budget or management bonuses. This business has/had a bad case of what I call bonus corruption.
