Suggestions for improvement
- I have no input, I have just started working at this facility. Less than 1 month
This company constantly reorganizes, moving operations, laying people off and shifting leaders without changing any of the senior leaders. They just get moved to different roles. Leadership constantly over commits to the customer and often misses.
They tell you to take risks to drive change, but leadership does not want to change. The current environment is a result of status quo which has been endorsed and driven by current leadership.
