Support from management
Upper management avioded making decisions.
Most of the employees worked well as a team despite the lack of company support.
At the time it was frowned upon to work less than 50 hours a week.
Suggestions for improvement
- Offer some cost free incentives i.e. employee discounts, paid day off for meeting a goal. Pay bonuses for sales, and meeting quarterly goals. Have employee events i.e retreats, Hold Managers meetings outside the office, and team building activities. Have Leadership more involved. Also, partner with gyms and day cares to get discounted rates. Create a good work/life balance. Have family friendly events for everyone to get together outside of work. Offer flexible work Schedules.
What I like about the company
I really didn't like anything.
What I dislike about the company
They don't appreciate there employees there main concern was always pleasing the clients.
