Support from Management
Management very transparent and had a sincere investment in my success or shortcomings. He was always supportive and ready to work on solutions. Very down to earth, realistic & positive.
Middle to upper management was somewhat distant from the sales force that drives business for this company. Without the sales force there would not be a standing & rapidly growing company. Quotas and incentives would change often.
