- Pay more attention to front line team members that make the money for the company to sustain and grow.
I like about the employer
Family owned, smaller company, potential quarterly bonuses
I dislike about the employer
Family owned (only 1 family member left and rest of executives only interested in bottom line $$$ and survey results, not employees). Bonuses made off of survey results, but may have as low as 20 people send in survey but actually served over a thousand - not really equitable but saves company money versus profit sharing for everyone used to do. Average raises of 3% a year. As a manager need to be available 24/7 in case something needed.
