- Get involved with the communities, like involving the company with Riley Children Hospital, or fund raising events.
I like about the employer
Very organized, career advancement for all without a college degree. All employees are treated the same, in most parts there is a open door policy, if not you have access to corporate phone numbers. I regret leaving for a management position, felt like I had already waited long enough, and wish I would of stayed because the respect you get there as an employee is amazing. If you take a management position at a different hotel chain, you are not eligible for rehire which should change, sometimes you have to test the waters, and sometimes it may be better on the other side, but not for me. Has great incentives, however they used to be a lot better like profit sharing, market matrix.
