The clients are the only positive expirence

What I dislike about the company

Management. They lack communication within themselves and to the other employees. They tend to pick out employees they like and faze out those they don't. They need to give employees more than 18 hours notice of important changes such as changes in shifts for example when they are looking for someone to take your current shift
