Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management needs to think of and treat company employees as an asset rather than an inconvenient necessity. Then the work environment, compensation plan and benefits contributions would be more respectful.
I like about the employer
The life insurance plan. The dental and eye plan. Low level managers and supervisors work with hourly employees to address issues within departments.
I dislike about the employer
The major health benefit plan. The hourly compensation. The fact that leadership above lower management and supervisory is critical and dismissive of hourly employee contributions and the many issues they and their managers have to deal with on a daily basis.
