Suggestions for improvement
- Stand behind what you tell your employees and stop lying to them. Do not point the employee if manager tells the employee to leave. No matter what they send them home for.
I like about the employer
They have a lot of forklifts
I dislike about the employer
They do not care about family. My father was dying and I could only get 1 day off for the funeral. He had cancer and I wanted to be off the last week with him. Since I was not there a year I could not take fmla and they would not let me off. Then I got docket wage since I left early 2 days before my dad died. They pointed me a full day for the early leaving and then again the next day. There was an other employee that had to go to the hospital because of medical conditions. The leadman and 2 other people told him to go. Then they docked him holiday pay as it happened the day before the holiday. Not just once but both times he had to go they pointed him and took the bonus away. The managers do not stand up to what the managers say to do. they denied they told the guy to go to the emergency room.
