Support from Management
Received very little training on job role and expectations.
A lot of hours. Supporting customer expectations takes a toll on work / life balance.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire stronger upper management with operational experience.
What I like about the company
The opportunity to train in varying industries and travel to other locations to train and assist.
What I dislike about the company
You are somewhat left on your own to manage & supervise. The expectation is for you to perform a lot of tasks and still complete basic managerial functions.
