Support from management
With the extremely high level of turnover in this company and the change of policy on an extremely high frequency,employees rarely if ever get any sense of either employment satisfaction or job security.It is a family run business that is one of,if not the most,unorganized and flagrantly dishonest companies I have ever worked for.I tolerated it for almost 5 years before voicing my opinion and being involuntarily forced to resign
Suggestions for improvement
- Higher pay enticing higher quality employees.Above minimum legally required benefits including actual health care insurance and not the supplemental insurance that is offered.Employee feedback without fear of reprisal which is the case now.Go public with the company and take the dictatorship like quality out of the equation.Unionized labor.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of communication.Lack of feedback whether positive or negative.Low pay.Legally marginal benefits.Lack of training for employees.Outright dishonest documentation of training and refresher training legally required for employees.Low overall moral among employees.Little to no opportunity for the majority of employees for advancement.Management denigration of employees behind their backs.No work life balance.
