There is no culture, unless you count "Working 50 hours a week? Slacker." as being culture.
Support from Management
Upper management seemed very aloof. Some of the middle managers were good, but a large chunk of them were downsized in 2015.
The teams work together well despite management.
Level of Autonomy
Some groups were better than others at not micro-managing.
Communication seemed very one-way. Comments upward seemed to have little effect, while upper management made sure their decrees were followed.
