You are treated like the common low class worker by clients, upper management, and most coworkers.
Support from management
It's non existent
Depending if you have sufficient coworkers it's ok but if not you do everything yourself.
Freedom to work independently
Most days you work alone but sometimes upper management micro manages but don't know how to do anything.
You are not trained but expected to know everything and are yelled at if you don't.
No room t row it's a dead end job. They promise you administration work but all it provides is a glorified Mailroom.
Overall compensation for your work
You devins so much work and are paid so beneath what the job requires.
Office / Work Environment
All the staff at DTI don't even speak to you. If you speak to them they still don't speak. If you work for DTI at day pitney it's like the staff don't exist. You're only acknowledge when something is wrong.
They do not care about what's going on in your life. outside work. They expect you to work all day and sometimes they work you through lunch and don't notice or could care less. Don't ever become I'll because they wouldn't care.
This is by far the worse company I've worked for. Highly shady
This is not a career please don't make it one. There is no room for advancement and the clients have your job in heir hands. If they don't like you l, you're out the door.
Simple work but tedious at times.
Inclusive / Diverse
All men there and mostly one race of staff
Suggestions for improvement
- Better pay, management, compassion for a work life balance, accurate training, management support, and benter treatment by clients. We are not by our servants we are here to help so treat us like people.
