Suggestions for improvement
- Train supervisors to be effective trainers. Make the employee development the primary function of the supervisor
You are treated like the common low class worker by clients, upper management, and most coworkers.
It's non existent
Depending if you have sufficient coworkers it's ok but if not you do everything yourself.
Most days you work alone but sometimes upper management micro manages but don't know how to do anything.
You are not trained but expected to know everything and are yelled at if you don't.
