Suggestions for improvement
- Make salaries/hourly wages more competitive to retain employees, slow down the revolving door of employees. Speaking more about hourly/part-time employees.
What I like about the company
I like that the nature of our business requires us to remain ahead in the industry, so everyone works really hard and together to keep the vision moving forward and to remain one of the best property management companies around. They also encourage employees to better themselves by providing tuition assistance and also invest in the university that helps brings us business. Our company also values the neighborhoods that our properties are in, by maintaining quality living spaces and facilities. I also love the open-door policy. Owners are just as accessible are a property manager. Employees are approaching their 35 year mark, so it's safe to say dtn is a place you could easily retire from.
What I dislike about the company
I have not yet experienced anything that I don't approve of. I'm sure as I work my way up and take on more responsibilities, I will something that doesn't totally float my boat but I'm here do a job, not criticise.
