The company does not, by any stretch of the imagination, contribute to a climate of fairness and trust. The supervisors believe in tearing someone down as a motivatation tactic, which doesn't work and creates a hostile work environment.
Support from Management
The office manager has no formal training in business management or leadership. Her only qualification for her position is that she is the wife of the business owner. Her management style is negative, controlling, and abusive. She is one of the worst supervisors I have ever worked for. She wears her personal insecurities on her sleeves, attacking employees with them. Her employees despise her, and she single handedly is responsible for the high turnover of staff.
