Support from Management
Very political. You will be fine as long as you are "friends" with management. If not, they will find any reason to get rid of you. Actually watched a director of a department yell and belittle an employee on the floor. Same director also promoted their friend over much more qualified applicants. If I wasn't already looking for a way out before then, those things definitely cemented my departure.
Suggestions for improvement
- Implement a training program. Promote fairly. Management needs to accept accountability instead of placing blame. Up your professionalism.
