No sense of commending in my work, being moved from task to task constantly and often not having time to even return to an in-work task.
Support from Management
Extremely unrealistic targets in my position.
A couple worked well with me, most were indifferent.
Level of Autonomy
No autonomy in decision making and bouncing from one thing to another consistently.
I am always proud of my accomplishments at work, but I felt no appreciation of my work from my superiors.
