Suggestions for improvement
This is the biggest problem; management didn't have a clear touch with what employees where feeling and when asked opinion; nothing was never done.. You think that is why the turnover in CPED is so high?
Overall teamwork was pretty good
Biggest issue lack of communication between lab manager and lab employees
Oh yes will higher techs that haven't worked in the lab in 20 years
