Support from Management
Management are mostly lazy former guards shoving the work load off on new employees.
The crew have to be able to work with each other in order to survive the day to day ego trips.
Suggestions for improvement
- Take the time to listen to the people that actually risks their lives to insure the companies reputation stays in tact.
What I like about the company
Overtime is limitless
What I dislike about the company
No one listens to the people at the driver/guard level.
