Suggestions for improvement
- Improve communication between management and employees, improve pay, and make hours available to all employees. Create fair schedules for employees.
What I like about the company
I loved the clients I worked with and miss them very much. A very personal connection to clients.
What I dislike about the company
The management had severe problems with communication. They often played favorites and nepotism. The compensation was not worth what you did, and you would not be able to afford a one bedroom apartment working there full time. They also played with people’s hours. Giving more hours to favored employees and fewer hours to those they didn’t care about. There were often some employees working 70-80 hours per week, and others working 24 hours. It was not a matter of not being able to work the hours offered.
