Suggestions for improvement
- I would change the policy that does not allow employees who are married and working in the same store to become management. People that earn the position should not be punished because of family working there.
What I like about the company
I was training to become management, when my training was complete I was not able to move in to the position because my husband works there too. However I did get the raise that goes with the position.
What I dislike about the company
I don't disapprove of anything the company does.
